Day 1 (B)
Arrival at Danang
Day 2 (B, L, D)
08:30 Pick up at hotel, the first stop at Cham Museum then we drive south in the morning to Marble Mountains, a series of large marble outcrops which have acquired mythical significance over the centuries. The caves of the Marble Mountains have a numbe of sacred Buddhist shrines as well as a former Communist guerilla hospital from the Vietnam War. You may wish to make the climb the “heaven” for views across China Beach and surrounding countryside. From the Marble Mountains we take another drive to the Old Town of Hoian. Hoi An was Vietnam’s most active trading centre over many centuries and has been largely preserved. The architecture of the city reflects the influence of Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, French and British traders. Hoi An is also the town where French Missionary Alexandre De Rhodes introduced Catholicism to Vietnam as well as the Romanised script that has become the standard Vietnamese script. On arrival take a walking tour of enchanting Hoi An visiting an old merchant house, the Hoi An Museum, a Chinese Assembly Hall and the Japanese Covered Bridge. 16:00PM drive back to Danang or drop at hotel in Hoian.
Day 3 (B)
Travel from Danang to Siem Reap
Upon arrival at Siem Reap airport, bus or boat station, welcome by our tour guide, . Check in at your selected hotel. Transfer for lunch at local restaurant, then visit Artisan D’ Angkor, the Handicraft center for the wood and stone carving processes. Visit Wat Bo founded in the 18th century, A large, highly respected pagoda contains very unique wall paintings of the Reamker (Ramajana) that are said to be late 19th century. Afternoon visit Wat Thmei (Killing Field) contains a unique glass-walled stupa containing the bones of victims of the Khmer Rouge. Some of the bones were recovered from a nearby well while others are the remains of soldiers who died on a nearby battlefield. Then, transfer to enjoy the view of Sunset over Angkor Wat on the top of the Bakheng hill. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4 (B, L, D)
Today after breakfast at the hotel, we explore to visit The South Gate of Angkor Thom: Bayon, Baphoun, Elephant and Leper King Terrace, Phimeanakas, next visit Ta Prohm. Enjoy lunch at local restaurant. After lunch visit local market for shopping. Afternoon continue to visit Thommanan, Chaosay, Ta Keo, and The World Heritage of Angkor Wat, one of the “Seven Wonders’ of the world”. Buffet dinner with Cambodian Traditional show. Overnight.
