TakeMeToAsia Pte Ltd (“TakeMeToAsia”) reserves the right to change or modify any of these Site Terms, any of the additional terms and conditions, and/or any policy or guideline of the Site, at any time and in its sole discretion with or without notice to you or any other third party. Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Site, and your continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. You should review the Site Terms and its incorporated policies and documents from time to time to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Site. 1. OWNERSHIP
TakeMeToAsia Pte Ltd ("TakeMeToAsia") is the operator of the Site.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on or through the Site, including in particular but without limitation, all underlying software, modules and engines, are protected by copyrights, trade marks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws and are either proprietary to TakeMeToAsia or licensed to it for its use. You may print or download one (1) copy of the materials or content on the Site on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that such materials remain unaltered and are accompanied by a clearly visible copy of any copyright or other proprietary notice appearing on such materials. Systematic retrieval of data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without written permission from TakeMeToAsia is prohibited. In addition, use of the content or materials for any purpose not expressly permitted in these Site Terms is prohibited. Except as expressly authorized by TakeMeToAsia, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content. 2. PRIVACY
You have read TakeMeToAsia’s Privacy Policy (click here to read the complete Privacy Policy) and agree that the terms of such policy are reasonable. You consent to TakeMeToAsia and/or its third party providers and distributors using and processing of your Registration Data and other personal information for the purposes of your purchases of products and services from and through TakeMeToAsia. You agree that TakeMeToAsia will not be held responsible for events arising from third parties gaining unauthorized access to such data when it is transmitted over various networks and to various countries.
3. USE OF THIS SITE
The following are some basic rules that apply to the Site and that you agree to follow. If you violate any of the following Site rules, or if TakeMeToAsia has reasonable grounds to so believe, it has the right, in addition to pursuing any and all legal remedies available, to deny you access to the Site.   • upload, store, post, email or otherwise transmit any: (a) material that is inaccurate, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racist, bigoted or otherwise objectionable, (b) material that you do not have a right to transmit under any applicable law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships, (c) material that infringes any patent, trade mark, service mark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right of any party, (d) advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation, except where specifically permitted, or (e) material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
  • copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of any software the TakeMeToAsia provides through the Site;
  • impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
  • forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any material transmitted through the Site;
  • initiate, facilitate, participate in or distribute a denial of service attack, exploit any documented or undocumented vulnerability in the Site and its component networking or computing equipment, or otherwise initiate, facilitate, or participate in any disruptive action aimed at the Site or the Internet in general;
  • try to gain access to areas that are private to TakeMeToAsia or to other Site users;
  • violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation;
  • stalk or otherwise harass another; or
  • collect, intercept or store personal data about other users of the Site; or solicit or attempt to do so; or
  • promote or provide instructions or information about how to engage in illegal conduct or commit illegal activities or activities intended to cause disruption to the Site, promote physical harm or injury, or promote any illegal act or act intended to cause harm or disruption to the Site or the Internet in general.
You shall only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases.
4. BOOKINGS & PURCHASES
TakeMeToAsia acts as agent for its third party suppliers, providers and distributors for all products and services purchased by you on the Site and you may be bound by terms and conditions imposed by them including and not limited to conditions of carriage, refund and cancellation policies.
All prices for any product or service are subject to change until full payment is received and are subject to availability from the 3rd Party service providers. For Flights, some airport taxes are not pre-payable or pre-paid; you must pay these when required. Some service providers, including without limitation, airlines or other travel service providers may introduce surcharges (such as fuel surcharges) which may not be reflected in the prices shown and will be an additional charge.
Many countries require that foreign nationals entering hold a passport with at least six (6) months validity remaining. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of and compliance with all requirements of all travel documents. The foregoing, including visa formalities (including, without limitation, transit visa/s) and Health requirements are the responsibility of all individual travelers and not the responsibility of TakeMeToAsia at any time.
You agree to bear the full costs and expenses of any booking, cancellation and administration fees for any products or services booked but not utilized for any reason. In some cases, TakeMeToAsia may charge cancellation and/or amendment fees in addition to those imposed by travel service providers. Please note that the terms and conditions for cancellation and changes of bookings and purchases will vary for each product and service. Please refer to the terms and conditions for a specific product or service, or check with our team by calling our Customer Service Centre during operating hours.
5. Use of Information, Services and Products provided by Advertisers or Sponsors in the different advertising and sponsored features sections including and not limited to the Sponsored Feature Directories:
The Site carries advertisements and information/services/products provided by advertisers. These are placed in various parts of the Site including but not limited to the Sponsored Feature Directories. These are provided by TakeMeToAsia for use by you as a quick reference. Inclusion in the Sponsored Feature Directories or other advertising in the Site does not imply recommendation or endorsement by TakeMeToAsia’s of any advertising claims or of the advertiser, its product, or services nor does omission in them imply TakeMeToAsia’s disapproval.
The Site’s advertisements and Sponsored Feature Directories are provided on an "AS-IS" basis. TakeMeToAsia disclaims all warranties, either express or implied and does not warrant or represent that the Sponsored Feature Directories or any part thereof is accurate or complete. You assume full responsibility for the communications with any service providers you contact through the Site’s Sponsored Feature Directories and advertisements. TakeMeToAsia shall in no event be liable to you or to anyone for any decision made or action taken by you in the reliance on information provided in Site’s Sponsored Feature Directories and/or advertisements.
Specifically for the listings in the Sponsored Feature Directories of doctors, medical practices and hospitals, they are provided by TakeMeToAsia for use by the general public as a quick reference of information about physicians. The information contained in the Directory is not intended as a tool for verifying the credentials, qualifications, or abilities of any physician contained therein. If you have or believe you are having any specific health problem, you are advised to consult qualified health personnel, TakeMeToAsia does not bear responsibility for any action or decision taken as a result of the use of the information in the website.
By using the TakeMeToAsia’s Sponsored Feature Directories and information/services and products provided by advertisers and sponsors, you agree to the terms in Paragraph 5 of these Site Terms.
6. Hyperlinks
You are not permitted to create or place text hyperlinks on the Site without the expressed written permission of TakeMeToAsia. Any links provided by you must not portray TakeMeToAsia or any of its products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory or otherwise defamatory manner. You are also not permitted to link to TakeMeToAsia.com or place links in the TakeMeToAsia.com to any sites containing any adult or illegal material or any material that is offensive, harassing or otherwise objectionable in the opinion of TakeMeToAsia.
7. Use of Interactive Areas such as and not limited to the Recommendations Sections, Chat Rooms and Bulletin Boards.
The site may contain interactive areas such as recommendation sections, discussion forums, bulletin boards, review services or other forums in which you or third parties may post recommendations, comments, reviews of travel experiences or other content, messages, materials or other items on the Site. You are to use them at your own risk and you are solely responsible for your use of such Interactive Areas.
By using any of these Areas, you expressly agree not to post, publish, upload to, create through the Site any of the following: Any content or material in any form including and not limited to message, data, information, photos, graphics, text, sound, code or other material ("Content") that is unlawful or in anyway objectionable, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, abusive, libelous, defamatory, invasive of privacy fraudulent; Content that, in the sole judgment of TakeMeToAsia, is objectionable or which may expose TakeMeToAsia or its affiliates or its users to any harm or liability of any type.
By using any of these interactive areas in TakeMeToAsia, you expressly agree not to post, publish, upload to, create through the Site any of the following: Content that would constitute provision or encouragement of instructions for a criminal offense, in violation of any local, state, national or international law; Content that may infringe any trade mark, service mark, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party; trade secret, political messages or campaigning; Private information of any third party, including but not limited to contact details, phone numbers, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and credit card numbers.
By using any of the interactive areas in the Site, you expressly agree not to post, publish, upload to, create through the Site any of the following: Content that impersonates any person or entity; Contents that misrepresents your affiliation with any organizations, entities, businesses or individuals.
TakeMeToAsia takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any Content posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage thereto, nor is TakeMeToAsia liable for any mistakes, libel, omissions, falsehoods, defamation, slander, pornography or profanity you may encounter. As a provider of such interactive services, TakeMeToAsia is not liable for any statements, representations or Content provided by its users through any of the components or parts in the interactive areas of the Site.
Although TakeMeToAsia has no obligation to screen, edit or monitor any of the Content posted to or distributed through any Interactive Area, TakeMeToAsia reserves the right and absolute discretion, to remove, screen or edit without notice any Content posted or stored on the Site at any time and for any reason.
You are solely responsible for creating backup copies of and replacing any Content you post or store on the Site at your sole cost and expense.
TakeMeToAsia reserves the right and absolute discretion to terminate or suspend the rights of any users to use the interactive areas and/or the site.
8. Rights to User Content
By posting or distributing Content to or through the Site, unless we indicate otherwise, you (a) grant TakeMeToAsia and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from and publicly display and perform such Content throughout the world in any media, now known or hereafter devised; (b) grant TakeMeToAsia and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such Content, if they choose; and (c) represent and warrant that (i) you own and control all of the rights to the Content that you post or otherwise distribute, or you otherwise have the lawful right to post and distribute such Content to or through the Site; (ii) such Content is accurate and not misleading; and (iii) use and posting or other transmission of such Content does not violate these Site Terms and will not violate any rights of or cause injury to any person or entity. You further grant TakeMeToAsia the right to pursue at law any person or entity that violates your or TakeMeToAsia's rights in the Content by a breach of these Site Terms.
Content submitted by users will be considered non-confidential and TakeMeToAsia is under no obligation to treat such Content as proprietary information. Without limiting the foregoing, TakeMeToAsia reserves the right to use the Content as it deems appropriate, including, without limitation, deleting, editing, modifying, rejecting, or refusing to post it. TakeMeToAsia is under no obligation to offer you any payment for Content that you submit or the opportunity to edit, delete or otherwise modify Content once it has been submitted to the Site.
TakeMeToAsia shall have no duty to attribute authorship of Content to you, and shall not be obligated to enforce any form of attribution by third parties. TakeMeToAsia respects the intellectual property rights of others. Accordingly it has implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed copyright infringements and for processing such claims. If you believe your work has been copied and is accessible through the Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us immediately and we shall remove it within a reasonable time. You confirm that you will not take any action against TakeMeToAsia for any content which has been treated in the foregoing manner.
9. RESPONSIBILIITY OF LINKS
This site contains links to other web sites which are not maintained by TakeMeToAsia, this is not an endorsement of the websites and their contents. TakeMeToAsia shall not be held responsible for the content of any these other websites. The links to these other websites are provided only as a convenience to you. TakeMeToAsia has not reviewed all of the linked web sites and their contents. Accordingly you do so at your own risk and you are advised to check out the relevant privacy policies and other relevant terms and conditions of the websites yourself.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
TakeMeToAsia assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages due to and not limited to any viruses that might infect your computer equipment on account of your use or browsing this site.
TakeMeToAsia is not liable for any loss, claim, injury or damage which arises (1) any delay (2) any failure (3) out of any use of the websites (4) out of any purchase decision arising from any recommendations or suggestions in the website in any form.
You shall defend and indemnify the TakeMeToAsia and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, demand, including and not limited to legal and accounting fees, brought by or on your behalf as a result of your use of this Site.
11. MODIFICATION
TakeMeToAsia may at any time modify any part of the Site, including the products and services and the Site Terms at its sole discretion without prior notice. Your use of this site is conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your each use.

14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold TakeMeToAsia, its licensors and any other person or entity involved in creating or distributing the Site, as well as each of their respective parents, affiliates or subsidiaries and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) and expenses that such parties may incur as a result of or arising out of your use of, or conduct with respect to, the Site.
15. ALLOCATION OF RISK
YOU AGREE THAT THE DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY, AND INDEMNIFICATION PROVISIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT REPRESENT AN AGREED UPON ALLOCATION OF RISK AND FORM AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND TAKEMETOASIA, WITHOUT WHICH TAKEMETOASIA WOULD NOT ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT OR PROVIDE THE SITE.
16. CHOICE OF LAW/JURISDICTION AND VENUE
You agree that the laws of Singapore will apply to you in relation all matters relating to these Site Terms, as they would to agreements made and entered into entirely in Singapore by Singapore residents, notwithstanding your actual place of residence. You agree that all lawsuits arising out of or relating to this Agreement brought by you shall be brought exclusively in the Singapore courts, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts for such purpose.
TakeMeToAsia shall have the right to commence action in any court and/or any arbitration tribunal anywhere in the world against you at its discretion; and under such law as it may from time to time determine at its sole discretion in relation to all matters relating to your use of the Site and these Site Terms, without first having regard to the rules relating to conflict of laws.
17. GENERAL
These Site Terms contains the complete and final statement of the understanding between you and TakeMeToAsia with respect to the subject matter of these Site Terms and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, agreements or communications, whether written or oral, between you and TakeMeToAsia.
If any provision of these Site Terms is rendered by a court or governmental agency of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the remainder of this Agreement which shall remain in full force and effect and be enforced in accordance with its remaining terms.
The waiver by TakeMeToAsia of a breach or default of any of the provisions of these Site Terms by you shall not be construed as a waiver of any succeeding breach of the same or other provisions; nor shall any delay or omission on the part of TakeMeToAsia to exercise or avail itself of any right, power or privilege that it has or may have hereunder operate as a waiver of any breach or default by you.
