• Winner will receive a 4D3N Resort Only Stay @ Club Med Sahoro for 2 persons.
Prize excludes flight, land transfers, taxes & compulsory CLub Med Membership of S$60 per adult

 

 

• Prize valid for 2 adults on twin-sharing basis & Includes:

twin-sharing accommodation in superior room, 3 meals per day with free-flow of wine, beer & soft drinks all-day bar and snacking complimentary sport / activities with expert tuition and unique nightly entertainment
 

• Travel must be completed by 3 Apr 2011 and no extension allowed.
 

• Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, not redeemable for cash nor valid for resale. • Room confirmation subject to availability
 

• Prize cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts
 

• Original copy of the prize letter must be presented with Club Med Reservation in Singapore with your Business Card for verification when claiming your travel package

 

• Winner will be notified by email & winner must respond to the notification within 5 days of notification, failure to do so within stipulated time would result forfeiture of the prize and a new draw will be conducted to pick a new winner.

 

• Prize is valid for for one time use only. Prize is non-transferable and has to be redeemed by 28th February 2011.

 

• Participants of this lucky draw will discharge TakeMeToAsia Pte Ltd and TakeMeToMarketing Pte Ltd from any loss or damage (including, without limitation, personal injury) caused by or sustained as a result of participation in the lucky draw. The winner will agree to have photo taken at prize presention and will grant the organiser the right to use of the photos and other information in their entries for the organiser's marketing purposes. Failure to comply with all these conditions may result in the forfeiture of the prize.

 

• TakeMeToAsia Pte Ltd and TakeMeToMarketing Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, and to suspend, terminate or vary the lucky draw prizes with or without notice to participants. The mode of notification of suspension, termination or variation shall be at TakeMeToAsia Pte Ltd and TakeMeToMarketing Pte Ltd's sole discretion.

 

• TakeMeToAsia Pte Ltd and TakeMeToMarketing Pte Ltd's decision on all matters relating to the draws shall be final, binding and conclusive.
