Travel Consultant
(Positions Available - Executive / Manager /Senior Travel Consultant)
RESPONSIBILITIES
may include but not limited to:
(I) Scope of Work
- Handling customer enquiries
- liaising with suppliers, hotels, operators overseas for FIT packages or Custom packages
- using various reservation systems for booking various travel components ( online hotel systems, Galileo, others )
- Travel sales & customer service
(II) Types of Products
- Leisure FIT, Free & Easy ( eg. F&E Getaway Packages to regional destinations
- Leisure Packages to regional Resorts and concept travel destinations
- Custom Travel & Specialised / Enriching Travel including Volunteer Travel
- Europe & Australia Tours ( eg. Insight Vacations, Contiki, Custom Tours from other operators )
- Corporate Groups – Incentives, Meetings, Retreats
- School Group Travel
FOR Experienced Candidates:
- Experienced candidates may take on supervisory roles if found suitable
- Experienced candidates may take on additional roles in product development, business development, marketing and promotion and other supervisory or managerial functions.

REQUIREMENTS:
(i) Possession of relevant certificates / diplomas/ degrees an advantage
(ii) Experience in travel agency operations, project management work, customer service work an advantage.
(iii) Fresh graduates ( diplomas, degrees ) welcomed.
(iv) Experience with Galileo an advantage but not necessary for fresh grads and young candidates
(iii) Good command of English is required
