Single Traveller Saving:

If you are travelling alone on an Insight motorcoach holiday, we’ll match you with someone of the
same gender, so you don’t have to pay the single room supplement. If we fail to match you, we’ll
provide a single room at no extra cost!
Does not apply to additional accommodation, any Tour & Cruise combinations, or the Mexico tour. Please note there is a strict non-smoking policy in all shared rooms.

| Triple & Quad
Room Discounts:

When three or four people travel together and share one room, each person enjoys a discount off the tour price. See the Triple or Quad room discount on the itinerary of your choice and SAVE.
These discounts apply only to tours featuring Triple and Quad room discounts in the price panel. Triple or Quad occupancy is based on three or four people sharing existing bedding arrangements, usually two beds, and does not include the cost of any additional bed or rollaway. Quad occupancy is strictly reserved for families travelling with young children and is not available for four adults sharing.
These discounts cannot be combined with our “Friend & Family Discounts”. Triple and Quad occupancy on cruises is strictly limited and on application only. Quad occupancy is not available on tours to Mexico and tours featuring the Rocky Mountaineer and VIA Rail’s The Canadian trains.

Airport Transfers:

On all tours, complimentary roundtrip airport transfers are included on the arrival and departure day of your tour. Should you arrive or depart at other times, Insight is pleased to offer inexpensive transfers via scheduled shuttle service, taxi, or mini van. Prices below are for oneway transfers between the designated airport and tour hotel. These transfers are only available when purchasing the pre & post-tour accommodation featured in the price panel. *Arrival transfer in Mexico City is by private car and includes a Meet & Greet service by your chauffer inside the airport’s arrival hall.

| Young Traveller
Savings:

Insight offers you the opportunity of sharing your happy holiday memories with your children or
grandchildren. Young Travellers must be under 18 years of age on the tour departure date (under 13
years of age for Mexico and tours featuring the Rocky Mountaineer and VIA Rail’s The Canadian trains), and MUST be accompanied by an adult (limit of two Young Traveller Discounts per room). Regrettably, children under 5 years of age are NOT accepted on any escorted holiday.
