Day 1 Arrival - Beijing - Tiananmen Square + National Theatre + Wangfujing Street + Olympic Green,Stadium (Bird’s nest) & National Swimming Centre (Water Cube)
 
It is a famous cultural city with a history of 3,000 years. It is the capital of the People’s Republic of China and is the nation’s center of government, economy, culture, and international activities, as well as a transportation hub. Upon arrival, we will take in the splendor of ancient China beginning with a tour of the Tiananmen Square. Tiananmen Square located in the center of the city, covering an area of 400,000 sq.meters, is the largest public square in the world. It was the front gateway to the imperial palace in the Ming and Qing dynasties. Take a view of newly-built National Theatre. Then, we will continue to visit Wangfujing Street .
 
After lunch, visit the latest tourist attraction in Beijing - the Main Stadium (Bird’s nest) and view the National Swimming Centre for Beijing Olympic 2008(Water Cube) from outside. (Lunch/Dinner)
 
Day 2 - Imperial Palace + Hu Tong Visit + Princess Gong’s Palace (Gongwangfu)
After breakfast, we will proceed to Imperial Palace, more people known as The Forbidden City. It is the largest and best-preserved cluster of ancient buildings in China. It was home to two dynasties of emperors, the Ming and the Qing. It has 9,000 halls and rooms, containing many precious relics, is the largest palace in the world and one of the mankind’s major cultural legacies. After lunch we continue our tour to Hu Tong by trishaw. There are 4550 hutongs built around Beijing’s Forbidden City during the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties. With very few exceptions they are quadrangles, a closed in structure characterized by houses arranged symmetrically on all sides of a square courtyard. The hutongs are an epitome of the history, culture and lifestyle of Beijing. Then, we will continue to visit newly renovated Gongwangfu, the princess Gong’s Palace (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
 
 
Day 3 - Great Wall + Ming Tomb
This morning, we will start our tour by visiting one of the wonders of ancient world, the awe-inspiring Great Wall. The Great Wall, one of the greatest architectural works built in ancient China, stretches some 6,000 km from the Shanhaiguan Pass in the east to the Jiayuguan Pass in the west. The section at Juyongguan, was reconstructed in the Ming Dynasty and was once an important strategic gate way leading to Inner Mongolia. Next we head for the Ming Tombs. The Ming Tombs referring to the tombs of thirteen emperors of the Ming Dynasty. The most famous of these tombs is the Dingling, which was the tomb for Emperor Shenzong, Zhu Yijun and his two empresses. (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
 
Day 4 - Temple of Heaven + Summer Palace + Xiushui Market
Today, visit to the Temple of Heaven or other word known as “ Tiantan”, constructed in 1420 as a venue for emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties to pray to heaven for good harvests. Temple of Heaven is well known for its unique, elegant ornamented architectural structures and the well-furnished layouts. Thereafter, we precede to Summer Palace, an imperial garden in tradition Chinese style. Wanshou Hill and Kunming Lake are its main attractions. Next, visit to the Xiushui Market” and free at leisure. Xiushui Market is one of the best places for bargain in up market clothing and imitation goods, (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
 
Day 5 Depart - Beijing Q
Free at leisure for this morning before transferring to the airport for your flight back home (Breakfast)
