Angsoka villas are the largest (4-5 bedrooms over two floors) and are the only villa type with a private swimming pool. For this reason, they are highly sought after. Angsoka villas have two sub-categories, according to the view (sea and non-sea-view). Sea-view villas feature sweeping views over the 2km white sands of Pasir Panjang Beach. Non sea-view villas are located on elevated land, and offer no direct sea view or access, but have a pleasant garden outlook.

Featuring two levels and four bedrooms, the spacious living area and separate dining area caters to family groups and couples traveling together. The paved terrace area and BBQ pit offer popular external dining options for guests. Please note that while the Buganvil villas do not feature a swimming pool, there is space within the grounds to do so, subject to prior approval.

The Cempaka villas offer spacious living and dining areas, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and are ideally designed for smaller traveling families.
